Turks and Caicos was relatively unpopulated until Club Med built the airport in Provo. The beautiful beaches lured tourists from all over the world. Once this happened, the property values sky rocketed. These two pictures are blurry because we were heading back to the marina, but the point is, these properties are worth millions of dollars and they don't look like anything special.
